Proper atomisation is very important during operation. But why?

During fuel injection fuel sprayed as liquid into cylinder. At the moment of compression stroke these finely dispersed drops will evaporated and already fumes of fuel will combusted by means of high temperature, which is created due to compression of air in the cylinder. If the cause of incorrect atomisation fuel will ignited with delay. Delay of combustion will give negative influence on engine operation.

During fuel injection valve maintenance it is necessary to check opening pressure, as well as condition of all nozzle orifices.
